DMCA Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2025

At Peopleceleb.com, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines how copyright owners can report any content that they believe infringes on their copyrighted material.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent, and you believe that your work has been copied or used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a proper DMCA notice as described below.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice with us, you must provide a written communication (by email) that includes the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL or location on our website where the infringing content is located.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the content in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

You can send your DMCA notice to our designated email address: info@peopleceleb.com

Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your claim. We will review the request and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was misidentified or mistakenly taken down, you may file a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was taken down.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA takedown notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send the counter-notification to: info@peopleceleb.com

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.

Important Note

Filing a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal consequences. If you are unsure whether the content you are reporting or disputing is actually infringing, you should consider consulting with a legal professional before submitting a notice.
